The operator

Tours are provided by May One Drake Bay / MayOne Tourism, based in Drake Bay, Osa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. A booking is confirmed only when we reply with availability, the final price and the meeting details.

Prices and what they include

Prices on the site are listed in US dollars per person unless we say otherwise. What is included (boat, guide, lunch, snorkel gear, park or reserve fees) is confirmed in the WhatsApp or email thread for your date. Government park or reserve fees can change; we will tell you before you pay if a fee is extra.

Your responsibility

These are outdoor days in rainforest, on boats and in the ocean. You are responsible for your fitness for the itinerary we describe, for following the guide and park rules, and for wearing the footwear and sun or insect protection we recommend.

Wildlife is wild. We do not guarantee a species list. We do not allow baiting, feeding or leaving the trail to chase an animal.

Weather and park decisions

The ocean, rivers and Corcovado access can close or change with weather, tides or SINAC park instructions. If we cannot run the planned itinerary safely, we will offer another date, another tour, or a refund of what you paid us for that day.

Liability

We take care in how we run boats, briefings and trails. Adventure travel still carries risk. By booking you accept those inherent risks. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Costa Rican law that cannot be waived.
