Who we are

What we collect
When you enquire or book, we typically receive your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email, travel dates, group size, preferred tour, and any notes you send (language, mobility, dietary needs, arrival method). If you write from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or email, we also see the public profile you used to contact us.
Our website does not require an account. Like most sites, the server and hosting tools may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
We use your details to answer questions, confirm tours, share meeting points, process payments you agree to, and send follow-up information about a booking you started. We do not sell your contact list.
WhatsApp, email and phone providers process those messages on their own terms. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, email us instead.
How long we keep it
We keep booking messages for as long as we need them to run the trip, handle a change or cancellation, and meet basic accounting or legal duties. You can ask us to delete a conversation that is no longer tied to an upcoming tour.
